This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience. I had a scheduled dental cleaning with the regular hygienist. She wasn’t there and had someone filling in. I didn’t know this until another person came to get me. Immediately my anxiety kicked in. No one informed me ahead of time in, and I should’ve had a choice to reschedule. The hygienist was thorough, but an overkill in my mouth. I take excellent care of my teeth. She also splashed toothpaste in my eye. She apologized, squirted a little water in my eye and said the burning would go away..and proceeded. When she finished she stated that Dr Etie didn’t need to come check my mouth because everything looked good. I thought that was unusual, but I went to check out. I told the lady at the front about the incident with the toothpaste and that my eye was burning. Just FYI. After flushing my eye at home, thank God it got better. But my mouth was still sore. I have never felt pain after a dental cleaning. I still highly recommend Dr Etie and his staff. Just make certain that you get the hygienist that you’re comfortable with.

What a great group! Dr. Etie is smart, quick, and ensures my comfort. His staff are just the best! They take wonderful care of me and my smile. I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Etie is a conservative dentist and is very trustworthy. The staff and hygienist are both kind and accommodating. The atmosphere around the office is relaxed and comfortable. I appreciate that the office is not managed by a corporate entity that is driven by procedures and profit like most dentist offices are now. This is a great place for conservative dental care.

I’m so pleased with my routine cleaning experience. The staff made sure I was comfortable from start to finish and were very attentive to detail. They explained what to expect during the visit and made sure I understood everything that was happening. The hygienist was incredibly gentle, explained each step clearly, and frequently checked to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Etie was thorough, friendly, and professional. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend them!
